Cooking is my meditation
Cooking is my meditation and my relaxation—when the music is on, the stress comes off. I let the rhythm guide my hands, and I translate that energy into food that feels alive.
I learned by stepping up
I started at Brazwells when the cook walked out and guests still needed food. I stepped in, handled it, and I never really clocked out—ever since then, I’ve been driven by responsibility, hustle, and getting the plate right.
My kitchen runs on love and patience
My philosophy is simple: I lead with love, I cook with patience, and I put more love into every detail. That’s how I keep flavors bold and guests genuinely cared for.
